Pricing questions answered

Do you really charge zero transaction fees?

Yes. Spatula is free, or a flat monthly fee per store on Pro. We never take a percentage of your orders. If you take card payments online, Stripe charges its standard rates (2.9% + 30¢ for US cards), which go directly to Stripe, not to us.

Are there setup fees or lock-in contracts?

No setup fees and no lock-in. You can cancel any time, and we will export your orders, customers, and menu in a standard format before your account closes.

What does the free plan include?

Everything you need to take orders online, with no order limit: pickup and delivery, cash, pay at pickup or card on delivery, the full menu builder with deals and half and half, the merchant app, kitchen display, printing, reports and your customer list. Online card payments, your own domain and the marketing tools come with Pro.

Is the free plan a trial?

No. Free is a plan, not a trial. Stay on it as long as you like, and upgrade only if you want what Pro adds.

How does pricing work for multiple stores?

Pricing is per store. Each store gets its own dashboard, menu, settings, and storefront, all managed from a single account.
