Yes. Just point your domain's DNS to Spatula and we'll set up SSL automatically. Your customers won't notice any downtime.

Will I lose my customer data?

No. You can export your customer list from CloudWaitress and we'll help you import it into Spatula. Your order history stays with you.

How long does migration take?

Most restaurants are live on Spatula in under a day. We'll import your menu, set up your domain, and configure your delivery zones.

Does Spatula charge per-order fees?

No. Spatula is free, or a flat monthly fee on Pro, with no commission and no per-order fee. Card payments cost Stripe's standard rate (1.75% + 30c for Australian cards), paid to Stripe. It's the same flat-fee model as CloudWaitress.

Do I need separate software for order management?

No. Spatula includes a native Android merchant app for phones, tablets and Sunmi terminals, free on Google Play. CloudWaitress order management runs in the browser.
